鲤鱼鳃部动脉构筑的形态观察

摘    要:应用X线动脉造影、动脉灌注后巨微解剖的方法,对鲤鱼鳃部动脉的构造特征进行了系统观察.利用ABS树脂灌注其腹大动脉和背大动脉,制成鳃部动脉铸型,观察其空间立体构筑;并配合扫描电镜观察.结果显示,鲤鱼鳃部动脉排列规整,形态独特.鳃部动脉→动脉循环,具有气体交换和物质交换的双重功能;入鳃动脉主干上具有膨大的圆形隆起,可能起类似“血泡”的“鳃心”作用,尚与鳃部本身的物质交换有关;入鳃丝动脉及圆形隆起等结构表面的絮困状结构扩大了气血扩散面积,与鳃部的气体交换、物质交换有关.

Abstract:This research is intended to observe the morphology of arteries of the gill in Cyprmus carpio. The arterial architecture of the gill is uncovered perfectly by the way of arteriography, pouring, dissection , casting technique and observation under scanning electron microscope (SEM), the ventral and dorsal aorta branches are poured by using ABS resin. The arteries of the gill are arranged regularly. The arterioarterial circulation of the gill is adapted to the respiration and material exchange. On the afferent gill arterial trunk are the round protruding structures which may serve as a branchial heart of the blood blebs and may concern with the material exchange of the gill. On the surface of the afferent gills 'filament arteries and the round protrusions are the wadding-like streams which enlarge the area of gas-blood diffusion and concern with the respiration and material exchange of the gill.
