内蒙古高校体育教学中健康教育实施现状及对策研究

我国国民健康状况不容乐观,迫使人们越来越关注健康,关注健康教育.身体教育是体育教学的主要功能,这使其在促进健康、培养健康行为习惯中扮演重要角色.在体育教学中有必要实施健康教育.本文通过调查内蒙古自治区部分高校,了解其体育教学中健康教育的实施现状,并提出相应的对策,为健康教育的实施与发展提供依据.

On the Actuality and Countermeasure of Health Education in University P.E. teaching in Inner Mongolia

In China,national health situation is not optimistic,forcing more and more people concerned about health and health education.Physical Education is major function of P.E.teaching.This makes P.E.teaching play an important role in promotion health and developing healthy habits.It’s necessary to implement health education in physical education teaching.This paper surveys some colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,to master its status of implementation of health education in P.E.teaching,put forward countermeasures,and provide evidence for the implementation and development of health education.
