脊髓外硬脊膜内肿瘤的手术治疗

目的：探讨脊髓外硬脊膜内肿瘤的手术治疗方法及手术效果.方法：对2003年3月～2008年6月在我院接受手术治疗并有随访资料的32例脊髓外硬脊膜内肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析.其中男19例,女13例,年龄7个月-65岁,平均42.9岁.结果：术后随访6个月～2年,平均14个月.术后随访期复发3例,其余患者无复发.患者术后Frankel脊髓损伤分级评分：23例好转,7例无改变,2例较术前下降.结论：对于脊髓外硬脊膜内肿瘤手术治疗是行之有效的方法,脊髓外硬脊膜内肿瘤宜早诊断并适宜尽早作显微全切术.

Surgical Treatment of Intradural Extramedullary Tumors

Objective：To investigate the surgical treatment methods and results for intradural extramedullary tumors.Methods：Analysis 32 cases of intradural extramedullary tumors that underwent surgery in our hospital and had a follow-up data between March 2003 to June 2008,including 19 males and 13 females,aged 7 months to 65 years,average 42.9 years old.Results：Patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,an average of 14 months.In postoperative follow-up period,3 cases recurrent,others without recurrence.The Frankel grading postoperatively showed：23 cases improved,7 cases no change,2 patients decreased compared with preoperative.Conclusion：For intradural extramedullary tumors,surgery is an effective way,and early diagnosis and microsurgical resection of the whole as soon as possible should be suitable.
