| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺炎所致急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的诊断和治疗.方法：对12例ARDS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：12例患者,治愈8例,死亡4例.结论：一旦考虑ARDS诊断,应立即给予以机械通气为中心的综合治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS） caused by pneumonia.Methods： The clinical data of 12 patients with ARDS were retrospectively analyzed.Results： In 12 patients with ARDS,8 cases cured,4 cases died.Conclusion： Once the diagnosis of ARDS is considered,integrated treatment which mechanical ventilation as the center should be immediately given. |
