| 摘 要： | D-二聚体是交联纤维蛋白的特异性降解产物之一,D-二聚体水平增高反映体内继发性纤溶活性增强.鉴于D-二聚体的形成原理已被广泛应用于临床诊断和治疗,现着重对D-二聚体的临床检测及应用作一综述.

| Abstract: | D-dimer is one of specific degradation products of cross-linked fibrin,D-dimer levels increase reflects the enhancement of secondary thrombolytic activity in vivo.In view of the formation principle of D-dimer has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the clinical testing and application of D-dimer are emphatically reviewed. |
