摘    要:采用无土栽培基质培的方法,对不同营养液配方种植的小白菜、生菜、油麦菜产量和品质进行了研究.结果表明:日本园试配方的叶菜产量最高,但品质不好;Hoagland配方的叶菜品质好,但产量最低;荷兰配方的叶菜品质较好,产量也不低,是最佳的营养液配方.小白菜、生菜、油麦菜之间小白菜的产量、品质最好,生菜的产量低,品质不好.

Effects of Different Nutritional Solution on Yield and Qaulitg of Three leafy Vegetables
Abstract:Pakchoi,Lettuce and Youmaicai’s yield and nutritional quality in soilless culture medium with different nutrient solutions were studied.The results showed that: Japanese garden test formula had high output,but the quality is not good,Hoagland had good quality,but the yield is very low,Netherlands formula both the quality and production is better,it is the ideal nutrition formula.Pakchoi’s yield and quality is best.Lettuce production is low,the quality is not good.
