再论经济全球化的性质

经济全球化是当今世界浩浩荡荡、不可阻挡的潮流，任何国家或地区都无法置身其外。不过，由于西方发达国家在经济全球化处于先发乃至主导的优势地位，使得许多学者误认为经济全球化是资本主义的。笔者认为经济全球化包括生产关系和生产力两个层面，或许生产关系的全球化不可避免地带有资本主义的烙印。但生产力的全球化并非如此，并不带有意识形态内涵。参与全球化，中国可以较快地提高自己的生产力水平，加速现代化进程。因此。参与全球化，是社会主义中国实现现代化建设的必由之路。为了统一思想，扫除认识上的障碍，坚定参与全球化的信念，有必要进一步厘清经济全球化的性质。

Re-discussion on the Nature of Economic Globalization

The paper holds that economic globalization consists of two aspects: one is the relations of production,and the other is the productive forces.Perhaps the globalization of the relations of production is unavoidably stamped with the brand of capitalism,but the globalization of the productive forces is not.Being involved in the globalization,China is able to raise its level of productive forces quickly and speed up the process of modernization.
