基于BP神经网络的科技项目评标模型

摘    要:科技招标项目评标人的个人专业知识,经验,偏好以及对评标标准的理解将影响评标的结果,基于此,论述了基于BP神经网络评标模型的原理,并以新产品产业化类的科技招标项目为例,在建立相应评价指标体系的基础上,实现了基于BP神经网络的评示模型,对模型存在的不足进行了分析,为模型的改进提出了建议。

Abstract:During evaluating bidders for S&T projects, the result of the evaluation is always affected by evaluators' expertise, experience, preference and evaluators' understanding of standard sets for evaluation. An effort was made to present an evaluation model based on BP neural network to give the evaluation accurate as much as possible. An instance of bidding for commercialized S&T projects for new products was taken to illustrate how to set up such kind of evaluation model after developing the evaluation indicator system. The suggestions of improving the model were provided after analyzing the limits of the model.
