| 摘 要： | 依托于国土资源部大调查项目——包头市城市土地集约利用潜力评价项目,以包头为研究对象,探讨北方工业城市居住用地评价过程中新方法、新途径,尝试运用街道网格法划分功能区并以之为评价对象。运用AHP法对城市居住用地进行评价,包头市居住用地总体上处于适度利用状态。

| Abstract: | The study is based on the program of the survey carried out by the Ministry of Land and Resources of China—the potential of urban land intensive usage in Baotou,and is the deepened research after the program completed.As the case of Baotou,the study tries to discuss the new ways that estimate resident land use of industrial city in north of China,then attempt to divide the streets into grids and reunite to be functional districts.By using AHP method,the author gives the appraisement of urban land in Baotou,and then concludes that in general the urban residential land is in proper use status. |
