一种新的氧哌嗪合成路线

摘    要:在对一些采用氧哌嗪合成路线进行分析比较的基础上,以乙二胺与溴乙烷为原料制备N-乙基乙二胺,经环合,酰氯化(改进),生成双氧哌嗪酰氯与氨苄三水酸缩合得氧哌嗪酸,该方法具有路线简单,成本低,产品纯度高,对操作条件要求较宽等特点,且收率高,达到96.0%。

Abstract:Based on comparing and analyzingtoformer preparationroutes,this article promi-nently reported that the i mprovent of prosess for preparing n-ethyle-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazine car-bonychloride fromethylenediamine and ethyl chloride by cycization,acetyl chlorination(i mprove),then reacted with ampicillinto give piperacillin and salted with bicarbonate sodium,thentofreeze-drying.This routeis not only si mple but also cheap.In addition,the purity and productive per-cent is high(96.0 %),and the productive conditionis suit to manipulate.
