| 摘 要： | 通过对系统中顾客数设置门限N，研究了当服务台对某顾客服务完毕时如发现系统中顾客数超过门限N时就提高服务速度的M／G(M／G)／1排队系统模型，通过L-变换、母函数及补充变量法得到了瞬态队长分布、稳态队长分布及可靠度等指标。 |

| Abstract: | By setting a N-threshold in the queuing the authors consider a repairable M/G(M/G)/1 queuing systems with changeable service speed whose high service speed would be used to serve customers when the number of the customers in the system exceeds the threshold N till there is no customer.By the method of supplementary variable and L-transformation,the distribution of the queue length and some reliability indexes have been obtained. |
