青藏铁路沿线旅游资源开发研究

文章分析了青藏铁路沿线旅游资源赋存、特色和持续开发的制约因素,提出了区域合作,统筹规划,合理开发,永续利用的指导思想。确立了沿线旅游资源开发的构想:旅游形象定位;建立特色旅游区;建立高效精干的旅游管理协调机构;生态保护先于资源开发;拓宽旅游投资渠道,加快高原旅游基础设施和综合服务建设;加强青藏高原旅游带的整体营销策划。

Study on the Development of Tourism Resources along Qinghai-Tibet's Railway

The tourism resources possession and distinctiveness along Qinghai-Tibet's Railway, together with the restricted factors to the sustainable development, are analyzed objectively. The guiding ideology for regional cooperation, overall planning and rational exploitation, as well as the development proposition, of tourism resources are brought forward. It is suggested that a tourism image of "ecological resource from snow-covered area, cultural soul with Tibetan tradition" be oriented;four tourism areas with characteristics be set up;an effective and highly trained tourism coordination organization be established;a general survey of tourism resources be made to plan the Qinghai-Tibet's Plateau Tourism Belt (QTPTB) comprehensively;the development of resources and ecological protection be carried out simultaneously;the channel of investment be opened up so as to speed up the infrastructure and comprehensive services construction, and the overall marketing and planning work of QTPTB be strengthened.
