| 摘 要： | “无为”是老子思想的核心内容，它的实质是要统治者“无为而治”，重视发挥民众力量，以实现“无不为”；“辅万物之自然”，以达到“功成事遂”．老子的这种“无为”思想同“温州经济模式”有着内在精神的一致性．从老子的“无为”思想审视温州经济模式，对于深入认识和进一步推广温州经济模式有着重大的现实意义．
