“拉丁美洲一体化协会”的目标之一在促进该地区和谐、平衡的社经发展,其长期目标在逐步建立拉丁美洲共同市场.此一目标难以达成乃因社经发展程度差异太大.然而,2012年成立的“太平洋联盟”因经济较开放且内部凝聚力较强,可能成为一体化的新趋势.就拉美外部而言,“跨太平洋伙伴关系”可能是未来影响该区域一体化最重要的因素之一.

Studies on Factors Impacting on Economic Integration in Latin America

One of the aims of the Asociacion Latinoamericana de Integracion （ALADI） is to promote the harmonious and balanced socio-economic development of the region, and its long-term objective is the gradual and progressive establishment of a Latin-American Common Market. The goal is hard to achieve because the levels of socio-economic development are too divergent. However, Pacific Alliance, estab- lished in 2012, will be a new trend of economic integration because not only their economies are more open, but also with stronger internal solidarity. Outside of Latin America, the Trans-Pacific Partnership （TPP） may be one of the most important factors impacting the regional economic integration in the future.
