液压防喷器电-液控制装置的研制

摘    要:为液压防喷器电-液控制装置的研制设计了一套电动加手液动远、近程调压机构,司钻控制箱采用了防爆设计,整个装置的交直流电源可自动切换.室内性能试验表明,电感压力变送系统、手液动调压阀性能、司钻控制箱防爆性能等均满足设计要求.装置进行了3井次、219d共5256h的现场试验,共控制防喷器225次,定期检查668次,表明这种液压防喷器电-液控制装置各项技术性能指标均达到设计要求和相应的部颁标准.

Abstract:A set of long and short range pressure adjusting mechanism by electric-hydraulic control isdesigned for the control equipment of hydraulic blowout preventer. AC and DC sources of the equipmentcan be auiomaitcally changed. Explosion-proof measures is adopted in ihe design of driller' s control pod.The result of the laboratory performance test of the equipment shows that the performances of its induc-tance-pressure system and hydraulic control pressure adjusting system,the explosion-proof performace ofdriller' s control pod,etc. all satisfy design requiremenis. In the field test of 219 days (or 5266 hours)inthree wells, the equipment controlled blowout preventer 225 times, checked at regular intervals blowoutpreventer 668 times,which shows that various performances of the equipment all fulfil the design require-ments and relevant ministerial standards.
