| 摘 要： | 新鲜的女贞果实,其花青素含量高达380—445毫克/100克;干燥种子的蛋白质含量及脂肪油含量分别为11.9％和14.9％.因此,在食品和其他方面有着一定的利用价值。

| Abstract: | The anthocyanidin content from the fresh fruit of Ligustrum lucidum is as high as 380-445mg/100g. The protein content of the seed is 11.7% and the oil is 14.9%. It is therefore worth while to used for food or others. |
