摘    要:目的:探讨早期干预对早产儿发展的影响.方法:儿童系统管理中38例接受早期干预的早产儿为干预组(Ⅰ组);43例未接受早期干预的早产儿为对照组(Ⅱ组).结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ组体重、身高SDS值比较,出生时两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出生后3、6、12、24个月各年龄段比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3个月时MDI、PDI值Ⅰ、Ⅱ组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但6、12、24月个各年龄段,Ⅰ组MDI、PDI值明显优于Ⅱ组,经检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:早期干预可以促进早产儿生长发育,有利于早产儿智能发育.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of early intervention on the development of premature infants. Method:38 cases of early intervention acceptted are the intervention group (Ⅰ group), 43 cases of early intervention unacceptted are the control group (Ⅱgroup).Results:The comparison of SDS value of weight and height between the two groups has no statistical significance (P 0.05) when premature infants were born,and the comparison has statistical significance ( P 0.01)while the infants were 3-month-old,6-month-old,12-month-old and 24-month-old.When the premature infants were 3-month-old,the comparison of MDI and PDI value has no statistical significance ( P 0.05),but while the infants were 6-month-old, 12-month-old and 24-month-old, the MDI value of Ⅰ group is better than Ⅱgroup,and the comparison has statistical significance ( P 0.01) based on t-test. Conclusions:Early intervention can promote the growth and development of premature infants and benefit for its intellectual development.
