| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了静态图像矢量量化系统的设计,并指出系统复杂度是矢量量化应用的一个关键问题.为了降低系统复杂度,研究了一种新的空胞腔消除方法并采用了一种快速搜索算法.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design of the still picture vector quantization system. It is pointed out that complexity is a key problem of vector quantization application. In order to reduce complexity of system, a new method of eliminating empty cell is researched and a fast search algorithm is adopted. |
