中药多糖抗病毒作用及其作用机制

摘    要:目的:报道中药多糖的抗病毒作用及其作用机制。方法:综述中药来源的多糖抗病毒作用及其机制。结果:近几年研究表明,不同中药来源的多糖具有显著的抗病毒作用,其作用机制主要是通过增强机体细胞免疫功能而实现。结论:由于中药多糖类具有抗病毒活性强、来源广泛、毒副作用低等特点,在医药学领域中有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objectives: To report the antiviral activities and mechanism of polysaccharides from herbal medicines. Methods: To review and summarize the literature of the antiviral activities and mechanism of polysaccharides from herbal medicines. Results: Some polysaccharides from herbal medicines had significant antiviral activities. The antiviral mechanism of the polysaccharides was mainly to promote the immune function of the body. Conclusion: Polysaccharides from herbal medicines may have wide and bright future in application in the field of medicine.
