摘    要:应用6头装置永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康成年母牦牛,分别于8月份、12月份在海拔3690米和海拔510米地区,进行了比较试验,结果表明:从高海拔到低海拔,昼夜温差明显缩小(P<0.01),水、土pH值、矿物质含量等存在显著差异(P<0.01).从而使牦牛瘤胃内酸度升高,纤毛虫总数;氨氮含量下降(P<0.05),乳酸含量增高,瘤胃内温度和TVPA变化不明显。

Abstract:Six ruminally cannulated,healthy adult female yaks were used to determine the effect of different ecological environment on inner conditions and metabolite of rumen. These tests were conducted at 3690m and 510m above the sea level in August and December respectively. The tests lead to the following conclusion:when the sea level gets lower,the temporature range between night and day will become smaller(P<0.01),pH in water and soil will change remarkably and so will the content of mineral(P<0.01).Thus if a yak moves to a lower sea level,the acidity in its rumen will go up. The total number of infusoria and content of ammonia and nitrogen will decrease while the lactic acid will keep rising. The inner temporature in its rumen and TVFA will not change notably.
