摘    要:作为一种比较新颖的大环化合物,七元瓜环是一个很好的分子容器。实验表明它可包容如金刚烷胺及其衍生物,这一结论得到了^H NMR及2D NMR技术、质朴等方法的证实。

Abstract:Cucurbit7]uril, one kind of a relatively new family of molecular hosts, is a new molecular container shell. Evidence for molecular container assembly of Amantadine hydrochloride, and its derivates within cucurbit 7 ] uril is elaborated. Induced chemical shifts of guests encapsulated into cucurbit 7 ] uril are noted. The structures of the self-assembling molecular complex are characterized by ^1H NMR and MS spectra.
