| 摘 要： | 本文对多辊精密薄带冷轧机的计算机过程控制提出了一种具有高控制精度且较为经济的控制方案。以IBM-PC为主体,扩展其硬件功能,合理地设计系统控制软件,对轧制过程进行全面实时控制与监视,提高了轧机产率和产品质量,此方案可推广应用于同类型轧机上.

| Abstract: | In this paper a control scheme is put forward, by means of which the computer process control of the cold-rolling mill can be of a high accuacy and a more economical effect can be obtained. Based on the IBM-PC, the hardware functions are improved, and an effective software used in the sysfem control is designed. Thus, the rolling process can be wholly and timely controlled and watched. As a result, a great productivity of the mill and a high qualtity of the products are achieved. This control scheme may be also applied to the same sort of the machines. |
