| 摘 要： | 以钝顶螺旋藻粉为原料, 经复水、胶磨、均质、浸提, 及等电点法, 提取其中的蛋白质,同时研制出钝顶螺旋藻蛋白质提取工艺条件, 使产品的蛋白质含量达89-8 % . 蛋白质的提取率达98 % .

| Abstract: | This paper is a study on extracting protein from the powder of spirulina platensis by remoistening,mechanical broken wall of colloid mill, homogenization and isoionic point.At the same time,the technology conditions for making protein are determined and the content of protein in the product and the extractive rate of protein reach up to 89 8%and 98%respectively. |
