摘    要:介绍了火车轴承滚子自动磁粉探伤系统,讨论了基于图像处理技术的表面缺陷检测系统的工作原理和结构组成。由高精度CCD摄像机提取的检测图像,采用局部平均平滑处理、边缘提取和灰度图像二值化处理后,可有效识别出可疑缺陷,完成磁粉探伤系统的缺陷自动识别。

Abstract:The automatic magnetic powder testing system for the surface flaw detection is introduced in this paper. The structure and the principle of the flaw detection system are presented. The testing image acquired by the high precision CCD camera wasproceeded one by one by sueh signal processing method as local average smoothness, edge extraction and binarizationprocession, after that the suspected defect could be recognized effectly, and it turned that defect automaticrecognition of fluorescent magnetie testing system was possible.
