摘    要:实验采用结扎家兔冠状动脉左前降支造成急性心肌梗塞(Acute myocardialinfarction,AMI)再灌注后损伤动物模型,研究蒺藜总皂甙(Tribulus terrestis L saponin,TTLS)对AMI治疗作用机理。实验结果表明,和普萘洛尔的作用相同,不同剂量TTLS均能明显保护超氧化物岐化酶(Superoxide dismutases,SOD)的活性,和能明显减少丙二醛(Malondialdehede,MDA)的含量,二者呈高度负相关。这些实验结果提示,TTLS对家兔急性心肌梗塞的治疗作用机理在于保护SOD的活性和减少MDA的含量,为临床治疗提供了客观的实验依据。

Abstract:In our study,the animal models of AMI were made by using the method of ligat-ing the left anterior descending coronary artery of rabbit to observe the therapeutic effects of TTLS on AMI of rabbits. The results showed that TTLS reduced MDA(Malondialdehyde)con-tent significantly,and The effect was also dose dependent the same as propranolol. It is believed that the mechanism effect of curative effect of TTLS on AMI of rabbit was closely related to increasing SOD and decreasing MDA,and that the results obtained provide an experimental basis for clinical treatment of patient with AMI.
