| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人萎缩性胆囊炎的特点和手术方法。方法回顾分析我院2005年5月-2008年5月40例老年性萎缩性胆囊炎的临床资料。结果1例因胆囊癌中转开腹外，其余均获成功，患者全部治愈，未发生严重并发症。结论老年人萎缩性胆囊炎手术难度大，风险高，但术前充分准备，术中术后加强监测以及把握手术技巧，行腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical features and surgical management of aged patients with atroph-ic cholecystitis.Methods: A retrospective study was adopted to analyze the therapeatic scheme and effect for aged patients of over 55 years old with atrophic cholecystitis who were treated from May 2005 to May 2008.Results: 1 case was converted into open cholecystectomy for carcinoma,other cases with atrophic cholecystistis undergone LC were performed succssfully and recovered with no serious operative complica-tion.Conclusion: ederly patients with atrophic cholecystistis,its operative difficulty and risk is higher,LC is safe and feasible if adequate to preoperative preparations,intensive observation and care in and after operation,command of skilled operative techniques are well performed. |
