摘    要:通过分析数控机床主轴传动系统,推导出主轴伺服电机电流信号与切削力之间的关系,运用BP神经网络理论和粒子群优化算法建立起切削力误差模型,研制出数控机床上的切削力误差实时补偿系统,并通过加工实例对补偿系统进行了验证.结果表明:所建的切削力误差模型具有鲁棒性强和精度高的特点;切削力误差实时补偿系统使用方便,应用性强.

Abstract:The relationship between cutting forced-induced errors and the spindle motor current was analyzed based on kinematic chain of NC machine tools,and then the cutting force-induced error model was constructed using BP neural network and particle swarm optimization.The cutting force-induced error compensation system was developed based on the cutting force-induced error model and verified through a machining experiment.The neural network modeling has better compensating effect and is more robust.The compensation system is of importance to precision manufacturing industry.
