摘    要:对不同含量Ni-W、Ni-Mo金属组合对加氢脱芳烃催化剂性能的影响进行了研究,得出含有w(NiO)=4%和w(WO3)=26%催化剂的加氢脱芳烃效果最好的结论.同时认为先浸渍W,再浸渍Ni的制备方法有利于增强催化剂的脱芳率,且金属在载体上分散性较好.处理FCC柴油的结果表明,研制催化剂的加氢脱芳烃性能优于一种已经工业化的参比剂.

Abstract:The influence of Ni-W, Ni-Mo with different contents on hydroaromatization (HDA) catalyst performance was studied and the results showed that the catalyst containing w(NiO)=4% and w(WO3)=26% exhibited better HDA ratio. The method that W was impregnated at first, and then Ni was impregnated would effectively improve the HDA ratio of the catalyst, and the catalyst had a good dispersion on the carrier. The processing of FCC diesel shows that the HDA performance of the catalyst is better than that of a commercial catalyst.
