| 摘 要： | 手性药物是指药物分子结构中引入手性中心后,得到的一对互为实物与镜像的对映异构体。液相色谱法成为目前手性药物分离测定的首选方法。文章介绍了手性固定相法、手性流动相法和手性试剂衍生化法这三种手性药物液相色谱分析法的概念及特点。

| Abstract: | Chiral drugs are a pair of enantiomers which are obtained by introducing chiral centers in the molecular structure of drugs. Liquid chromatography has become the preferred method for the separation and determination of chiral drugs. This paper aims to introduce the concepts and characteristics of chiral stationary phase, chiral mobile phase and chiral reagent derivatization. |
