对TRL中文译名“技术成熟度”和“技术就绪度”的探讨

TRL(technology readiness level)一词目前有两种中文译名:“技术成熟度”与“技术就绪度”。文章从该术语的提出机构、国际上使用该术语的重要机构对其含义的解释、两种中文译名含义的差别以及国内的使用习惯等方面进行了分析,提出了对TRL的中文译名应统一为“技术成熟度”的建议。

Discussion on the Chinese Translated Terms of Technology Readiness Level

The Chinese translation of Technology Readiness Level (TRL) has two terms: technology maturity level and technology readiness level. The unitary Chinese translated terms of TRL is necessary with increasing applications of TRL in China. This paper explains the meanings and explanations of TRL from original proposers and international well-known organizations, and analyzes the difference of Chinese meanings of technology maturity level and technology readiness level. At last the author suggests that the Chinese translated term should be technology maturity level.
