| 摘 要： | 从硬件、软件两方面阐述了政府采购招投标管理系统的设计与实现过程，重点论述招投标管理系统的计算机硬件及网络的建设，应用VBScriprt脚本语言、IIS及SQLServer进行基于三层架构的B／S应用程序的设计。
