| 摘 要： | 挫折是个体从事有目的的活动过程中,遇到障碍或干扰,致使个体动机不能实现,需要不能满足的心理状态和情绪体验。本文从分析新时期青少年挫折心理产生主、客因素入手,再概述挫折心理产生后的行为反应,最后有针对性地提出切实有效的教育对策。
