中国水电施工企业非水电市场战略分析

摘    要:随着"后水电时代"的到来,水电施工企业面临着"生存空间"不足的困难,要在日益竞争激烈的市场上争得一席之地就必须在战略上做重大调整,即由过去以水利水电为主业调整为以非水电为主业。但非水电市场对水电施工企业是一个新领域,水电施工企业还得经过一段时间的努力才能真正成为这一市场的主要力量。总之,水电施工企业必须在这一方面进行不断的摸索总结一套适合自身企业的经验,为企业的可持续发展奠定基础。

Abstract:With the the arrival of "post--hydropower era", the hydro corporation face the shortage of living space,it shall make strategic adjustment for winning the position in the competitive market, viz. hydropower industry to non hydropower industry. However, the non--hydropower market is the new field for the hydro corporation, the hydro corporation must make great efforts to adept to the new field. All in all, the hydro corporation must continually attempt and have its own experience and establish the base for the corporation durative development.
