基于CAN总线的钢筋抗拉荷载采集器设计

摘    要:为了实现自动和人工荷载采集之间的自由切换,采用光电编码器和AT89C52相结合的方法,采集液压试验机的荷载值.依据实时分析时间荷载曲线判别钢筋的抗拉荷载,并利用SJA1000控制器将实验结果上传至CAN总线数据服务器.该系统已用于实验室液压试验机中,从2004年至今运行可靠.

Abstract:In this paper,load value of hydraulic pressure testing machine was acquired by photoelectric encoder and AT89C52 microcontorller,and steel anti-stretching load was discriminated via the time-load curve with real time method.In the end of process,the result of test was uploaded to CAN bus data server by SJA1000 controller.From the year of 2004,the system has been reliably applied in hydraulic pressure testing machine.
