纺纱工艺与毛纱落水松弛缩率的关系

摘    要:本文主要研究细纱及后纺工程的工艺参数与精纺毛纱落水松弛缩率和缩率不匀率的关系。发现在细纱成纱前的工艺参数,特别是中皮辊滑溜槽深,严重影响着纱线松弛缩率,而细纱的加捻和细纱成纱后的工艺却影响不大。细纱缩率与股线缩率成倍数关系。

Abstract:Investigations found that the extent of yarn shrinkage could be affected by the yarn spinning processes. The effects of the spinning process parameters, such as drafting force, twisting, yarn folding and winding, etc. on the yarn shrinkage were studied. It was found that the depth of the apron roller groove of the slip drafting mechanism of tne spinning frame affects the yarn shrinkage most markedly.
