摘    要:洁净饲养房不同区域污染物扩散不同,通过分析选取合理的气流组织与换气次数以减少能耗。采用实验和模拟的方法对饲养房内污染物的分布进行了分析,通过改变气流模式和换气次数进行模拟,结果显示上送下回的送风方式有利于洁净度的控制,气流扩散速度快。通过对换气次数和洁净度的综合分析比较,结果显示,在洁净饲养房中,采用上送下回乱流式的送风系统时,换气次数为12~15次/h比较合适。

Study on the Distribution of Pollutants in Clean Breeding Room and Ventilation Times

Abstract:The pollutant diffusion varies in different areas of clean breeding room. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the clean breeding room, the rational air distribution and the ventilation rate were selected through analysis. The distribution of pollutant in breeding room was analyzed by means of experiment and simulation and through the change the airflow pattern ventilation rate. The results indicated that the upper air supply and lower return air were good for cleanliness control because of the fast air diffusion. Through the analysis and comparison of ventilation rate and the air cleanliness, the results showed that the suitable ventilation rate was 12 to 15 times/h in a breeding room when a turbulent air supply system was used.
