摘    要:根据清洁剂产品的生产工艺,以智能化信息化设计为目的,剖析清洁剂装箱码垛生产线的设计条件,重点解析开箱、装箱、封箱、码垛的难点和解决的方法。把各个工作装置连在一起,满足清洁剂的包装生产需要,从而实现多工序合并在一起的复合作业,提高了产品质量和生产效率,减少了劳动强度和生产时间。

Abstract:Based on cleaner production process and aimed at intelligent information design, the design conditions of the detergent packing pallet production line were analyzed, and the difficulties of unpacking, packing, sealing, and stacking were discussed and corresponding solutions were investigated. The new production line could tie various work units and meet the requirements of detergent packaging production. Accordingly, the realization of the composite of merged together with operations was achieved, the product quality and production efficiency were improved, and labor intensity and production time were reduced as well.
