基于键型近场动力学的含裂纹板损伤模拟

摘    要:针对含圆切口板和含穿透裂纹板结构,采用传统有限元法分析裂纹尖端区域的应力场分布,采用键型近场动力学方法模拟分析在承受拉伸、剪切速度边界条件下板内张开型裂纹和滑开型裂纹的形成与扩展。研究结果表明,近场动力学数值模拟的裂纹在有限元分析所得的应力集中区域生成,并且在两种结构状态不同边界条件下都能捕捉到板内裂纹复杂的发展过程,而且在模拟过程中裂纹自然扩展,能准确反映宏观材料渐进破坏过程中的细微观结构变化过程。

Abstract:According to a plate with a circle hole and a plate with a through crack in the structure, stress distribution around the edge of the crack was analyzed by finite element method. The initiation and growth of cracks simulation analysis under tensile and shear velocity boundary conditions was proposed within the framework of the bond-based peridynamic theory and numerical calculation method. Results showed that the bond-based peridynamics progressing cracks in the two kinds of structure state under different boundary conditions could be captured within plate crack complex development process, and the natural extension of crack in the process of simulation accurately reflected the macro material fine microstructure change process in the process of gradual damage.
