管道碳纤维补强的打压试验研究

摘    要:为了分析验证碳纤维复合材料对管道的补强效果,制备出带有壁厚减薄缺陷的圆筒试件,并对圆筒试件进行了碳纤维复合材料补强处理,利用高压爆破试验装置进行了打压试验,试验结果表明:经过补强的圆筒试件的屈服压力远高于完整圆筒试件,而且补强试件的爆破压力也高于完整圆筒试件,补强效果很好,说明碳纤维复合材料完全适用于管道缺陷的修复补强。

Abstract:In order to evaluate pipeline reinforcing effect with carbon fiber composite material, cylinder specimens with thinned defects were prepared and reinforced by carbon fiber composite material. A high pressure blast test device was use for hydraulic pressure test. The test results showed that yielding pressure of cylinder specimens with reinforcement is far higher than that of integrated cylinder specimens. Blasting yield pressure of cylinder specimens with reinforcement is also higher than that of integrated cylinder specimens. The reinforcement effect is very good. This certified that carbon fiber composite material is completely suitable for pipeline defect repair of reinforcing.
