生命伦理学视野中的德性伦理

德性伦理作为一种古老的伦理学传统，曾在古代医德学中占有重要地位。近代以来，随着医学社会化进程的不断加快，规则伦理逐渐走向医学伦理学与生命伦理学的前台，德性传统受到冷落。然而，规则伦理在现代生物医疗科技实践中却遇到了前所未有的困境，从而使得人们重提德性伦理学，在现代生命伦理学领域出现了德性伦理的回归。本文认为，德性伦理与规则伦理具有互补性，在生命伦理学领域，人们应重新估价德性传统的价值，积极探索一条德性伦理与规则伦理有机融合的生命伦理学模式。

Virtue Ethics in the Vision of Bioethics

As an old ethics tradition,Virtue ethics once Played a great role in the ancient medical morality.since moden times,With the press of medical socilization,Regulation ethics's getting the center of medicai ethics and bioethics,while Virtue tradition was left out in the cold.Regulation ethics falls in to the difficult position,on,this tradition,some people set up a rejuvenationdrive of virtue ethics in the field of moden bioethics.This article insists that virtue ethics and regulation ethics can help each other,people should reconsider the value of virtue ethics and seek a bioethics pattern in which vitue ethics is organically combined with regulation ethics in bioethics.
