| 摘 要： | 在快速造型中，待树脂淹过已固化层并稳定后，才能进行扫描。由于树脂的粘性较大，流动性差以及固化层表面张力的作用，如果完全靠树脂的自然流动达到液面静止，时间较长，本文设计了一种刮平装置，能够使液面尽快稳定下来，时间显著缩短，并提高了成型效率及成型精度

| Abstract: | In the process of rapid prototype,after resin flowing over the cured layer and leveling the scanning can be carried in practice.If the resin entirely depends on natural flow to put its liquid surface in motionless,because of the high viscosity,low flowability and the action of interfacial tension of resin,it will spend much time.Now,a leveling apparatus is designed,it may make the liquid surface steady as quickly as possible Then the time is shor tened and the prototype efficiency and accuracy are improved. |
