| 摘 要： | 建筑业的信息化存在严重的孤岛现象，在设计与审图、施工之间还只能传递纸质图或盘质图，人工读图成了建筑业的一个瓶颈口，本文对计算机读图中的关键问题作了分析，提出了基于特征的计算机读图方法并通过建立数字建筑来填平设计与审图，施工之间的信息鸿沟的解决方案。

| Abstract: | There is a serious island problem in the information technology of construction industry. The only way of transferring information between design and checking as well as construction is the paper-based or disk-based drawings. Human-reading has became a bottleneck in construction industry. This paper analyses the key problems for machine drawing reading and proposes a way to solve the IT island problem by realizing feature-based computer drawing reading and by establishing digital construction. |
