盐酸坦洛新渗透泵片的研制及释药影响因素考察

摘    要:目的:制备低剂量的盐酸坦洛新单室渗透泵型控释片,并考察其释药机理及影响释药因素。方法:单因素考察影响释药因素。结果:制备了低剂量的难溶性酸坦洛新单室渗透泵型控释片;氯化钠、衣膜厚度及致孔剂的用量是影响释药的主要因素。结论:盐酸坦洛新单室渗透泵型片工艺稳定,能够达到12h明显的恒速释药。

Abstract:Aim: to investigate the preparation and factors of the release mechanism of low dose tamsulosin hydrochloride Elementary osmotic pump controlled release tablets.Methods: The optimal formulation and the factor influencing the drug release was selected by the single factor investigation.Results: prepared tamsulosin hydrochloride elementary osmotic pump-controlled release tablets.Results: the formulation of sodium chloride and the coating membrane thickness and the amount of poremaking agent showed marked effects on drug release.Conclusions: the process conditions of tamsulosin hydrochloride Elementary osmotic pump-controlled release tablets is stable,reached obvious Steady release Speed in 12 hours.
