| 摘 要： | 本文针对ＣＯＮＦＯＲＭ连续挤压过程，设计了一套模拟实验装置，并通过Ｍｏｒｉｅ云纹法进行了实验模拟，同时，采用刚粘塑性有限元法对ＣＯＮＦＯＲＭ连续挤压变形过程进行了数值模拟，实验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好，从而阐明了ＣＯＮ－ＦＯＲＭ连续挤压过程中金属的变形行为。

| Abstract: | An experimental equipment has been dsigned for simulating the CONFORM process in this paper.The CONFORM deformation process has been simulated by rigid viscoplastic FEM.And the numerical simulation results have been verified by a Morie method.The deformation behaviors of metals in the CONFORM process have been indicated in this paper. |
