摘    要:BOSS系统经过多年的发展,已经具备了基于呼叫详细记录的准实时计费功能,但是基于CDR的计费方式必然存在一定的欠费风险,欠费风险的控制已经成为运营商亟待解决的问题.本文围绕一种基于移动智能网的欠费风险控制方式展开讨论,对其工作机制进行了研究,并探讨了该方式在移动智能网系统中的实现方案.该方案能够较好地实现BOSS的实时计费并且有效地降低欠费风险.

Abstract:As developed for many years,the BOSS has been able to provide quasi real-time charging function based on call data record.But the charging manner based on CDR brings an arrearage risk to telecommunication operators,so it is necessary for them to control this risk.This paper discussed a scheme to control arrrearage risks based on mobile intelligent network.Mechanism of the scheme was described in detail and its implementation in mobile intelligent network system was introduced.This implementation can provide the BOSS with real-time charging function and reduce arrearage risks effectively.
