思维素质创新建构的原理与内容

摘    要:创造性教育是素质教育的重点,思维素质的科学性人文性创新建构是素质教育的核心和创造性教育的关键。能力来自于素质的积淀、整合与转化;素质涉及到经验结构、知识结构、情感旨趣和理性意识的内化酿酵。如何打造有利于创造性活动的最佳思维素质、体现个性化和共性化相融通的教育原理与方法?这是格外重要和复杂的教育创新之深层问题。思维素质作为一种相对性、集合性的概念,是指决定或影响思维方式、效能水平及规则内容的所有"先在内化物"(文化与生活);它具有多层性结构(哲理通感;概象推置———形象虚验;知性信息;感性信息),多相发生时空(视→听→体觉→运动觉→前脑统觉;右半球→左半球→前额区)。探讨此类原理和内容,可造益思维创新教育之认识论、方法论和应用实践。

Abstract:Creativity education is the core of quality education in which constructing the scientific and humanistic mentality--constitution of adolescents-is the focus of both. Because human capabilities result from the restorage, integration and conversion of mental constitution which consists of experience, knowledge, emotion, imagination, deduction|induction and ideas, the quality of mental constitution of thinking is decisive for people to conduct creative activities. The trinitive model of human brain to process multiple images is the principle of constructing mental constitution of thinking, while aesthetic experience, imagination and philosophical consciousness with sense of beauty, reasoning and morality are the essential contents of constructing the optimum mental constitution of thinking.
