| 摘 要： | 对克什米尔问题（Kashmir QuestiDn）的性质，学术界有殖民主义问题、霸权主义问题、宗教冲突、文明冲突、恐怖主义问题、民族主义问题等不同的看法。本文认为，克什米尔问题其实是地缘政治紧张下的双重冲突，即印巴之间对整个查谟和克什，米尔邦领土的控制权之争。以及印度对印控克什米尔的民族整合。
