| 摘 要： | 本文从分析我国人力资源开发存在的特点及局限性入手,展望了知识经济背景下人力资源开发的新趋势、新特点,并为此提出了加强人力资源开发与实现人的现代化的相应措施,包括:转变观念、加强创新、增加投入、建立投资与回报的合理机制、完善人力资源市场体系等.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics and limitations of human resources development in China, this thesis predicts the outlook of the new tendency and characteristics in the development of human resources in the background of knowledge economy. For this purpose, relevant measures are put forward to reinforce the development of human resources and the realization of man' modernization, which include idea transformation, innovation enhancement, investment increase, establishment of reasonable mechanism of investment and returns as well as perfection of market system of human resources. |
