基于Maxwell的压电换能器激励变压器设计

摘    要:针对声波测井相控换能器阵激励要求,详细介绍了基于电磁有限元软件Maxwell的激励变压器设计过程,分析了变压器初级和次级绕组匝数对激励脉冲幅度和宽度的影响规律。根据数值模拟结果绕制了变压器并进行了激励试验,实际激励波形与仿真波形有很好的一致性。

Abstract:According to the requirement of stimulation of acoustic phased array transducer, a transformer modal is created by Maxwell, which is an electromagnetic finite element software. The relationship between the high voltage exciting pulse and the turns of primary and secondary windings is analyzed. A real transformer is made according to the result of numerical computing and the experimental waveform agrees with the simulating waveform well.
