| 摘 要： | 缺血性脑血管病是严重危害人类健康的常见病,具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率和高复发率的特点.近些年随着溶栓药物的应用,介入导管技术的快速发展,动脉内溶栓技术已经成为急性血栓的主要治疗方法并在临床上广为应用.

| Abstract: | Ischemic cerebral disease is the common disease which seriously endangers patients' health and is characterized with high morbidity,mortality,relapse rate and disability rate.These years as the use of the thrombolytic drugs and the rapid development of intervention catheterization,intra-arterial thrombolysis has already been one of the main treatment methods for acute cerebral thrombosis.This text will discuss the theoretical basis,the time window,the indication,the contraindication,the complication,the application and combined intravenous and intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy. |
